Annette’s Place – Program Overview Annette’s Place is a structured all-women’s shared living home located at 68 Walnut Course in Ocala, Florida. This fully furnished home provides safe, affordable housing for women seeking stability, independence, and a supportive community environment. Residents enjoy shared common areas, Wi-Fi, utilities included, and a clean, structured living atmosphere designed to promote personal growth, accountability, and long-term success. The home is proudly named in honor of Annette Watkins-Rawls — a respected pillar of the community, owner of Options of Marion County substance abuse treatment facility, dedicated community resource agent, and matriarch of her family. Her lifelong commitment to helping others, uplifting families, and supporting individuals through life’s challenges continues to inspire the mission and heart behind Growing Connections. A one-time non-refundable $250 program fee is required to secure placement and complete intake processing. This fee helps cover administrative onboarding, screening, housing preparation, and program support services.
